• 3-3:30pm — Triathlon registration/check-in
• 3:45pm — Race starts
• 4pm—Children’s events start (cream pie-eating contest & other fun activities)
• 5pm — Food & worship music
• 5:30pm—Fellowship/worship/devotions

Come join us for an opportunity to praise God with our bodies.  Race consists of a 1-mile run, 3-mile bike ride and a test-of-accuracy activity.  At check-in, you can sign up as an individual or team of 2 or 3.  Bring a bike and helmet if racing.  Bring blankets & lawn chairs as wanted; full shelter available.  Bring food & drink to share for the potluck.  Volunteers are needed for the race, kids’ games & organizing food (report at 3pm with racers).  E-mail docbrandonb@gmail.com if you would like to volunteer.
